As for food stall, Cotton candy, Candy apple, chocolate-covered banana are the classic.

"Suikawari" is one of a japanese traditional summer game. It is held in a beach or park.
（すいか割りは日本の伝統的な夏のゲームで、ビーチか公園で行われます。）
before you are trying to hit the watermelon, you need to hide your eyes with towel and spin around for 10 times.
（すいかを割ろうとする前に、目隠しをして１０回くるくる回らなければなりません。）

お盆（Obon）

Usually people go back to home and visit family grave or have some good meal with their big family during Obon season.

流しそうめん（Nagashi-Somen）
